To make, modify or cancel an appointment you can:

To make an appointment : 

  • Use the MyHUB application
  • On a service page, by clicking on the 'Make an appointment' button at the top left of the page
  • Use the form.
  • Warning : for medical imagery, please use this specific form.

To modify or cancel an appointment :

In the event of a cancellation, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, you will be charged a flat-rate compensation of €25 (€100 for Medical imaging).

To change or cancel an appointment in connection with surgery :

If you are unable to attend a procedure, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise you will be charged a flat-rate compensation of €100.
